Itinerary
On arrival at Paro airport, meet & assist by our representative and drive to Thimphu; on arrival check-in into hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight at Thimphu.
After breakfast, attend the Thimphu Tshechu Festival at Tashichho Dzong (or Paro if seasonally scheduled). Witness colourful masked dances, rituals, and vibrant Bhutanese attire. Afternoon visit to Buddha Dordenma and Folk Heritage Museum. Overnight at Thimphu.
After breakfast check-out from the hotel and drive to Punakha via scenic Dochu La Pass. On arrival check-in into hotel. Later visit the majestic Punakha Dzong and enjoy a sunset riverside walk. Overnight at Punakha.
After breakfast check-out from the hotel and drive to Phobjikha Valley in Gangtey. On arrival check-in into hotel. Visit the peaceful Gangtey Monastery and explore the surrounding nature trails. Overnight at Gangtey.
Full day to relax and engage with local life — visit the Crane Observation Center (seasonal), enjoy a walk through Bhutanese farm villages, and take in spiritual surroundings. Overnight at Gangtey.
After breakfast check-out from the hotel and drive to Bumthang via Trongsa, stopping to visit Trongsa Dzong. Continue onwards through beautiful valleys. On arrival check-in into hotel. Overnight at Bumthang.
After breakfast, attend the local Bumthang Tshechu Festival (if scheduled during your visit). Visit sacred sites such as Jambay Lhakhang, Kurje Lhakhang, and local villages. Overnight at Bumthang.
In time transfer to Bumthang airport to board flight for Paro. Meet & assist on arrival and transfer to your hotel. Check-in at hotel 1400 noon. Overnight at Paro.
After breakfast, explore Rinpung Dzong, National Museum, and Kyichu Lhakhang. Visit local cafés or shop for handicrafts in Paro market. Overnight at Paro.
After breakfast, hike to the iconic Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), Bhutan’s spiritual jewel. Time at leisure upon return. Overnight at Paro.
In time transfer to airport to board flight for onward destination.
